HOW OFTEN DO I GET MY HAIR SYSTEMS? WHEN I HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN.

You will receive the first hair system, 12 to 14 weeks after your first payment of £399 is taken. You will then be charged £79.80 per month for our Premium Package and Elite Package. You will be informed by our team on the month that your next hair system is due that your order is being processed and sent to our factory. Please note, that all bespoke hair systems take up to 12 to 14 weeks to be made and your monthly package as seen below commences on month 2.

WHEN DOES MY PAY MONTHLY PAYMENT BEGIN? WHY AM I PAYING FOR ANOTHER HAIR SYSTEM WHEN I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CURRENT ONE?

All bespoke hair systems take up to 12 to 14 weeks to be made and in order for us to receive your systems regularly we need to take payment in advance for the next hair system.

Once the up front payment of £399 is made for your first order, we will process your order and you will receive your hair system within 12 to 14 weeks, which will represent, month 4 as seen below.

Your monthly payment will begin on month 2 and this is for your second hair system order. You will complete payment of this hair system order by month 6. At this point we will process your second hair system order and this will then take 12 to 14 weeks.

You will receive your second hair system on month 9 and your third hair system on month 14 and so on.

If you choose our Premium Package, you will only pay monthly up to 11 months and you will receive your last hair system on month 14.

If you choose our Elite Package, you will only pay monthly up to 16 months and you will receive your last hair system on month 19.

Please note, that we will contact you once your hair system has arrived at our HQ. Times and dates may vary and is dependant on the factory processing your order.

CAN I HAVE MY HAIR SYSTEM EARLIER THAN MY AGREED SET DATES FOR PREMIUM OR ELITE PACKAGES?

If you wish to receive a hair system earlier than the agreed date, then we may require advance payment for your hair system.

Please note, we cannot always guarantee a faster service and this will need to be discussed with our team.

I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR MY REMAINING SYSTEMS, CAN I CANCEL?

Once we have taken your first payment of £399, via our payment plan, you will be sent your first hair system. Once we have informed you that we are processing your next hair system order, you will be required to pay for this hair system. If you cancel your order, while the hair system is being made at our factory, then you will be required to pay for the remaining charge of the hair system. If you decide to cancel your payment plan before another hair system is processed, and you wish to receive a refund for the payments that you have made to us for your next system, then this will be processed by our team. Please note that you will receive a refund for the money that you have paid us for your unprocessed order only, any remaining payments for a current order will be taken.
